I have added a second exchange 2003 server to the infrasture, however although I can move mailboxes, create new mailboxes, etc. When I use outlook to connect to the mailbox, I am get a message to say the exchange server is unavailable, has anyone got any ideas

there is also a setting under the machine settings, by select editting settings then options then change the guest operating system to the required version of windows, etc
As long as you get wireless card working, then yes you can make your vmserver only use the one card.
I dont know if there are vm drivers out there for wireless cards, and I dont know of many servers using these cards as they are designed for the desktop envioroment not server, but you could...
I would not recommend VNC, as the security is not to great
I have been using remote desktop to my servers for a while with no problems.
The other way i suppose is always to use the VMWare Client and use the console view.
I find the client the best way, and thats what its there for.

I have setup ISA to allow VPN connections, however I can connect but I can not access anything on the network i.e the active directory server, etc. How do I get this done.
I looked through the GPO settings and cant see anything, which is where I would of thought it woould be. As to the WSUS server admin website, there is no settins for clients there that I can see.

I have several PC that hang when you open I.E, this is since we migrated over to active directory, DNS and DHCP work find but when you go into IE the PC will pause then carry on running fine, the delay is quite long has anyone got any ideas where to start?
Since migrating from NT to Server 2003, my desktops are performing poorly. For instance if you open IE it will hang and take some time to open, also if you go save as in word, excel, etc you get a delay as well.
Has anyone got any ideas on where to start fixing this?
