Avaya 9608 IP phones - voice cannot be heard to
our ATT 8403 phones - voice can be heard going the other way.
No problems calling in or out, just to the old 8403s
Any ideas besides tossing the 8403s?

The system was recently rebooted with Manager 8.1 running on a laptop connected to the LAN port.
Is it possible that the phones could have downloaded a higher and incompatible firmware from the 8.1 Manager?
If so, is it possible to downgrade the 5410 firmware back to a level compatible...

Customers complain of loud ringing volume that will not retain lower

This is a closed network with a RAS modem connected directly to the 8500. It has no physical connectivity to any other equipment. I am using 192.11.13.6 to access both ASA or the web browser. I deleted the temp files from my pc and got the same result.
I have tried all the logins I have access to and nothing works. I also had other people try to login with out success. I go into ASA and modified a user resetting the password and still had no luck.
