We have some agents that are unable to transfer/conference their calls and trace says
denial event 2330: No BW, prowler <--> prowl D1=0x6 D2=0x6
No DSP blockage as per checking.

Can someone please provide me some tips on checking if there's a fault on a SIP trunk? I used to check DS1 trunks before so use "list measurements ds1 log xxxxx"
