I have a client with Equinox mobile. On approx 50% of calls the speech stops after 2 seconds and the call shows as still in progress. The user can't end the call they have to restart the app. It is an Iphone any ideas

My issue is this! The SIP is up and running and the call sets up every time after a while i lose inbound audio (one way transmission)A reboot of the Draytek resolves the issue for a while then it comes back. Any ideas ?
When logging into softphone i enter user name and password click login. At this point I get a popup asking for a licence. Installed this loads of times and never seen this before any ideas ?
