R11.0 with equinox and J179 no directory or presence on Equinox and J179 acquiring service

Hi All
I have a client who has been running equinox mobile and PC client for 2 years without issue. They also have 1 J179 connected via a VPN to the main system which has been working fine on R11.0.4.

The customer initially reported an issue of unable to contacts and presence on the equinox apps. I could not find any issues and nothing has changed on the system. I tried upgrading to the latest version of R11 (R11.0.7) This did not resolve the issue and now the J179 just hangs saying acquiring service

Any suggestions?
 
My suggestion.

If nothing has changed on the system then look towards the VPN.

Something has changed.

Ports blocked ?
 
If it is 2 years its probably cert expiry.
 
All the certificates on the system are valid and I am not getting the tls certificate alarm in system status
