    I am working on a SX200 system that has five lines in hunt from the phone company. They want the capability for the lines to ring the main phone for 5 rings and then be answered by the auto attendant. Does anyone know a way to do this?

    Voicemail on LS Trunk Lines

    I an working on an SX200 LW19 Ver. 3.2 I am converting from a PRI to LS trunks. Each phone has their own private CO line on the phone. When an inbound call comes in after 4 rings or on busy I want the call to go to voicemail. Can someone lead me in the right direction to set this up.

    A&R target lines and two apperances, as I stated earlier I get the caller ID but only after you go off hook and answer the call.

    The stations are set to recieve caller ID, and display number is set on all the phones. I also have individual call logs set. The caller ID will show up but only after you answer the call. If the call doesn't get answered then you will not see who called.

    I am not using the music to place callers on hold so I do not have music set on the route level. I only want music playing on the queue when waiting. I however did set the music on the incomming route for testing purposes and still silence.
