Go into the Phone Configuration for the phone in question. Scroll down to the bottom. There is a PC Port setting. Make sure it in enabled. If it is check the switch port.

We also have the same issue. We are running ICM 5.0 with Symposium 4.2. Our work around was changing the scripts to route based on the .pri skill group and assigning the .pri to the agents.

I am trying to setup FFC codes. When I try printing the ffc I get sch codes. When 0 is entered I get sch8896 but if I just hit enter it then goes to code. After I type all I get sch8896.

Our Symposium Server is out of sync with Meridan Mail. Under tools - 14 Others - 2 Access Diagnostics the LinkStatus shows; Not working and the TCstat is down. Both the Symposium and Meridian Mail have been rebooted, but didn't fix the problem.
