Yes, I have a few.
The ones I had working uses a username password and port 587.
The customer also need to make sure the IP address of the voicemail is white listed on his firewall so you can reach office 365.
The best practice is to follow the official documentation step by step, If you have access to the customer Vcenter it's pretty easy to do.

Hi Akram,
Actually, nothing, you need to unzip the upgrade folder and copy everything on the ipoffice. The folder contains 96x1Hupgrade.txt which will trigger the update when rebooting a phone. It is the first thing it will read before the 46xxsettings.
Looks like they lock the sftp connection on the newer release 11.1.3.1. I have tried to drop some wave file on a UC module but always getting an error. I had to upload them from the Web manager.
Anyone face this or was able to figure this out?
There is probably a way to enable it in Root but...

If you set your IP search criteria on your manager and you are able to see all your ipoffice at the same time when you search for them, you can log in all of them using SCN connection like a server and then see all your users.

The manager is showing what you are currently using in the config. When it says virtual it's because it is being given by the primary server or weblm. Maybe someone removed 2 power user from this expansion. Do you have users programed on it?

If you are select you can choose where they will fail over in the location tab under fallback system. You just have to check support resiliency on the ipoffice line you need.

Does anyone know if the ipoffice keep a log or a record of all the system events that are being sent in traps or e-emails, other than SSA? Does it keep a history somewhere so I can compare with our monitoring software. (Alarmtraq/Virsae) I have tried to find them in monitor ,7071 in the log tab...
Pri card comes with 8 channels already. This is why you only see 8 instead of 16. For the other one I suggest you open a ticket at Avaya one source. They usually fix errors quick if you give enough information.

Avaya communicator still works with release 11 but you don't have more features. IPOffice soft phones sucks lol. If you want more features, you will have to use it with one-x portal.

Create a folder call MMBackup on your app server ( /home/Administrator/MMBackup) using winscp and use scp protocol with port 22 .Put your Administrator password and it should work. I did it yesterday. Good luck
