Just try to enter the ip adress and choose the web manager option from there, if it's not working it probably mean the person who created the SD card did not put the web manager files on it.
When you recreate a card from the manager it ask you if you want to put those files or not.

You just need to be plug in at the back of the IP office, with a bd9 you don't need the MAC. It's very easy to do.
Yes, I have a few.
The ones I had working uses a username password and port 587.
The customer also need to make sure the IP address of the voicemail is white listed on his firewall so you can reach office 365.
The best practice is to follow the official documentation step by step, If you have access to the customer Vcenter it's pretty easy to do.

Actually, nothing, you need to unzip the upgrade folder and copy everything on the ipoffice. The folder contains 96x1Hupgrade.txt which will trigger the update when rebooting a phone. It is the first thing it will read before the 46xxsettings.
Looks like they lock the sftp connection on the newer release 11.1.3.1. I have tried to drop some wave file on a UC module but always getting an error. I had to upload them from the Web manager.
Anyone face this or was able to figure this out?
There is probably a way to enable it in Root but...
