Trying to fix a faulty system using installation CD. After booting from the CD and press F6 at Setup I get error '\i386\biosinfo.inf could not load,error code 32768'. Never had a problem with the CD before. What can I do?

W2K3 may mean Windows 2003 but that is a server.

I installed the OS. I did a test to see if I had admin rights and I do have the rights. I right clicked 'Start' and 'Open All Users' was in the menu list. This is the first time I'm having a privilege issue when running a Setup.exe file. Will pass this one.

Created and saved a writer file. It saved as .odt file and reopened ok. Problem file is .doc file.
