After a server reorganization, a user's document links in Act! still point to the old, no longer valid location. Will she need to manually re-do all of the links, or is there an easier way? I'm pretty sure she's going to have manually re-do them, but I told her I'd check here in this forum.

Did the devices work properly before you reformated the PC? Do you see any lights on the onboard NIC if you plug a live ethernet cable into it? If not, perhaps the motherboard needs to be replaced.
Like macten88, I've been having problems with my Ohio Time Warner Cable as well. I have to reboot my TW modem at least once a day. Some of my customers at work are having the same issue as well.
