You got me going in the right direction and here is what I did.
The simplest thing for me to do after looking at all of the information given to me was to change the route pattern that existed.
I changed the trunk group to group 1 and deleted 3 digits and inserted the 1412269 and all worked...
Here's a good one.
Have a Definity Version 4 I believe, it's old, I know that.
So it's not feature rich.
Switch currently has DCS but changed the far end to IP telephone and the Quality of Service on the trunks is horrible. They want to be able to dial a 4 digit extension located at the...
Something has to be done on the trunk group screen also, to tell the PBX what the Call Block ID Feature Code is to the Central Office, So that when you dial the Feature Access Code on the PBX to activate this feature, it in turn sends/inserts *67 or *82 to the Central Office as part of the...

I have found out that the Merlin II will support 7406 sets with a 008D Digital Card, have already procured a Merlin II processor backplane and power supply for free, as well as gotten 8 7406 sets. Plan on combining existing Merlin sets that I have onto another card 408
Is there someone out...

Should I just bite the bullet and enable ARS? I don't really care for the delay with the ARS and also not getting...
88 is my dial code for an outside line. There is a part in the manual that describes the dial codes for the buttons on the phone if your are using an OPTI/BTMI, however, none of these work either. FM5
