Both 7.8.3 and Version 11 have video recording capabilities.
V11.1 Sp1 is the current version, which means in is compatibel with the latest pbx versions, and with Internet explorer 10. This should be a clear reason to use this version.
The biggest difference between the 2 version is the replay...
At some PBX locations there is a Symposium server (Symposium Express normally) but not on alle sites.
I'm in the dark about what a mica card is?

Thanks for the replys!
Maybe I haven't been clear enough. The connection between the PBX and the IVR is made through a lineside T1(E1) card. All 24(30) channels are connected.
But that is not the issue!
What i need to accomplish is a method of routing 9/10 off alle calls one way, and the rest...
Does anybody know a good way to reroute calls to a IVR type machine (Probably a Dialogic card on a E1/T1)
After the reroute I'll make a new call to the original number and transfer the call.
I need a method to do this on all types of Meridian Pbx.

We have a CTI system connected to our MD110 BC12 SP6 system.
The connection is made through a NIU ethernet port to a Ericsson Applikation link server, which in turn delivers/recieves information to the system.
The solution is running nicely, but if we start for instance a backup job...
What kind of files are you looking for? Logfiles created by EMG are accessable through EMG, Application -> Logfile.
RDM logs are normally stored in your \DNA_s\Share\Bin folder.

But your suggestion actually helped ;-) it made me check one of the workstations involved in the problem, and now it is gone, vanished into thin air!?
I guess it had something to do with the directory service nigthly clean up or something?

Try checking the primary windows NT account on the previously made mail boxes! Are they exactly the same as the NT accounts that are trying to access them now?
Is the old PDC a member server now, or is it a BDC or is it still existing as PDC?
If it is still a PDC, and you have made a new PDC...
I have the same (or just about) problem. I have a rule, created by the folder assistant, in my public folders, which sometimes fails.
I think the problem could be Non Delevery Reports (NDR's).
When a NDR occur the rule seem to fail, and after the NDR the rule is marked with af red cross.

After changing the SQL user permission, i changed the ODBC...
