Sorry to say that didn't help.
Does anyone know which port on a 2600 is used for programming the system and what the factory reset procedure is?
thanks,
norman
Hi Guys,
I need to get an old tracker 2600 back into service as I have taken on a new site and no one knows it's password.
I can't find the correct manual, the closest I have is for the 2650 but it's procedure does not seem to work on the 2600.
On the rear is a 'clear' button, four 9-way...

Hi,
Periodically we are getting an issue where dialling from the Nortel to the ShoreTel gives busy tone. The condition last for a short while then corrects itself. DCH trace of the offending event shows very similar output to this old case (thread798-1676504) would be nice to know the...
So it's not the FALC. Seems to be a little more widespread than first thought/reported.
If a analogue phone on 4-0 gets a new message when it goes off hook the phone send a digit '3' instantly so what looks like no dial tone is just a pause while the system waits for the next digits.
Very...
Thanks for the replies - LPD is set on the two bad phones as it is on the other phones that work OK.
I'll start with a card change - though I agree never seen one like this before.
Hi, my issue seems to be a replica of the thread798-1527040.
Two sets on two ports of the same NT5K02QB work fine until a new message is left for them. When a new message is left they get no dial tone until the message is read - they log in from another phone listen to their message and dial...
Hi Guys,
Can the system be made to recognise when a user is dialling trunk access code followed by the DDI of an on-system extension and to then truncate to just the extension? so the call goes extn-extn rather than out to PSTN and back in again.
This is becoming an issue as people are using...
Hi firebirdscrambler,
Very interesting comment, can you let me know where it was lifted from please? I can't see the statement about the SRG sites in the current few unistim product bulletins and I would like to have the original to back up something I'm saying.
All the best,
norman
Hi,
Need another view on this please guys. I have a mixed CS1000/SRG estate and need to update 11xx firmware due to the new phones that are shipping these days.
Main office is a CS1000 r.5 (CP-PIV) with various SRG's from r.2 to r.6 (I know the r.2/3/4 SRG are not mentioned as being...
Hi,
Hope you can help.
Trying to do some basic admin but running Max Admin fails after a few minutes of trying to connect with 'failed to conect to the server'
System is 6.5.1.406 and apart from this appears to be running fine.
I'm hoping that there is something simple to fix and that we...
Just an update for you.
VO patch MPLR23154 applied to sig server and the 1120 on C8L now connects and functions fine.
Not a long term solution but it will get things moving for now.
Why this is VO and not general availability I don't know.
Thanks.
The devil is in the detail as they say...
My PEC NTYS03AFE6 would work if only it were hardware release 01 but being release 15 (what the heck happened to 2 - 14?) as you say requires C8L
Thanks a lot Avaya.
Cheers gwebster for the clarification
Hi,
Checking the release notes for the firmware supplied with my new 1120 (C8L) it clearly states that my PEC NTYS03AFE6 requires a minimum software of UNIStim 3.4 (0624C6T)
My test system is a fresh install of 4.50W/4.50.88 and it came with C1B on it. This was updated to C6T. The new 1120...
Hi, I have posted this on the Nortel/Avaya phone forum but I thought I'd also post here just in case.
Has anyone ever got a Nortel/Avaya 11xx phone (C8G) with integrated VPN client to successfully work through a Cisco ASA (running the latest image)?
The host CS1000e is running 7.50Q FYI.
I'm...
