Can the system be made to recognise when a user is dialling trunk access code followed by the DDI of an on-system extension and to then truncate to just the extension? so the call goes extn-extn rather than out to PSTN and back in again.
This is becoming an issue as people are using remote call control with Lync and the Lync contacts are drawn from AD where the users full PSTN number is the primary contact number.
