Turned out to the the set. I swapped the T7316e with sets made in both China and Mexico and the same thing happened. I finally swapped it with a plain old T7316 non "e" version and it is working just fine now.

I thought that I was able to program a pick up button and that the customer could just enter [ 0 ] instead of an entire DN number. The lines that are ringing that need to be picked up are ringing on the recpt. set which is DN 200 which is also the internal operator DN when someone dials [ 0 ]...
This company does have a network.
I meant that for most of my small installations I do not network because I program thru the set and so does the customer because they usually never use all of the rest of the features.

ON CP the message cane be forwarded from Outlook to over come the Message Forwarding problem.
Not every customers site has a network available that the CP can be attached into.

Don't I have to network the CP as well? I usually do not network CP's on small installs.
When I buy the Auth Keycode do I need it to be activated or will just entering the keycode add the UM seat?

I have a BCM 50 that is sending the messages without Outlook using Message Forwarding. The user just enters their email address on their person voice messaging page. Is this same function available with a stand alone CP?
I thought I was able to in the past be able to allow the user to Use Directed Pickup F76 and ( 0 ) to pick up a ringing call on the Recept. set. I can;t seem to get this to work.
