You would not be able to put the hosted extensions in a hunt group with you IPO extensions. If you get the IPO connected with the hosted system it will be SIP trunks that allow you to talk to the hosted system. The only option you will have is calling the extensions on the system.
There is a...
I don't know of a way to disable but if you go to Extensions and then select the analog extension and click the analogue tab you can see if changing the type will help eliminate the static. I would try setting as a paging speaker and see if that helps.
The only upgrade path I have seen is for Linux. For the IP500 you should be able to upgrade it from anything on version 11.1. You can play it safe and make sure you are on the latest release of version 11 and then upgrade to 12.
You can try putting a group button for the main group on C. It should flash whenever there is a call ringing that group and you can also use it to pickup the call for that group. I don’t think I have done this between two different systems but it is easy to setup and try.
Most of the txt files are auto generated when needed so you can’t find them in the system folder. If you want to see the file open a browser and goto 192.168.42.1/96xxupgrade.txt (put the IP address of you IPO in place of the default address)
In some cases you may need to put http:// or https://...
You need to be using the app specific password not the 2 step verification password. The link that dagwoodsystems provided has all the steps.
I have multiple systems with both Embedded and VMpro working with these settings.
We have taken over a customer with a Samsung Officeserv 7200 that has an SVMI-20e voicemail.
I do not know what the access password is to get in to admin the system and I have had no luck getting it from the customer (they don't know it and the original installer is no longer in business).

I am new to the world of NEC. Our company has recently started selling NEC (mostly SL2100) for a low cost option. I have plenty of experience with other systems, mostly Avaya IPO and Toshiba. I find that the NEC program numbers are all over the place and there is no flow to them. I wasn't sure...
I am still currently working with AVAYA on this. The patch they had was only for server edition and I am running on an IP500. Not sure when they will have this fixed.
Also from what I got from some of the notes they sent me is this issue only applies to users that are part of a user group. I...
I am having this issue as well. We just recently installed to different IPOs for a couple of schools and both are on 11.0.4.4. One of the IPOs has not had this error happen at all. On the other it is occurring on all the IP phone users. It does not seem to be doing this with analog users.
I had issues trying to install the Avaya .iso on a Dell server as well. I worked with Dell and they could not get it to work and told me that they do not recommend installing this way. I ended up making the Dell server an ESXi host and installed the VMPro as a virtual machine.
I will warn you...
We have a customer with an XTS that recently changed from AT&T PRIs to AT&T IP Flex PRIs. They have 3 PRIs and are having issues with random calls having no audio. I have not been able to duplicate the issue but from what the receptionist has told me it seems to be happening on all three PRIs...
I am having an odd issue with an IPO v2 version 11.0.4.0.0. If you are on a call and the other party puts you on hold you hear your own MOH instead of the MOH of the person putting you on hold. It plays your own MOH for a few minutes then eventually starts playing the MOH of the person putting...
I am working on a system that is running 5.0(26). They purchased a new Digital Station B expansion. The expansion is running 9.0 so I am assuming I need to downgrade it. What is the process to do this. I was told that I should be able to go file-> advanced-> upgrade then select the expansion and...
