The DN is configured correctly in CUCM and setup in CUC (same as other DN's and Alias in CUC). it is not going to the VMBX on Unity and getting the Unity default error message that's setup when there's no VMBX configured.
I have a user that's programmed to forward to CUC after 4 rings. I verified that they are setup correctly in both CUCM and CUC, but the call goes to default message. What can cause this?
