We have an extension that when calls are transferred to it it goes directly to their voicemail. The phone is not in DND nor is it configured for forward busy to voicemail. My tech changed extensions and moved it to another port. Same issue. Is there a setting we are missing?

Good morning all. I need to backup a call pilot 150. I believe it is 3.1 but I will confirm. Do I need the CD doc and client and does it have to be 3.1 or can it be a lower version? I do not have a CD where is a reasonable place do get it or is there another way to do a backup? Thanks in advance

Only 443 has the issue and yes mbox 443 is Ext 443. My tech was on site I had him delete the mbox. Calls from AA get 'Invalid extension' prompt.

I have an extension x443 T7316E that if you call it internally it rings and the user can answer calls. If someone calls their office number it hits the AA. If you dial 443 it does not ring and goes directly to their vmail. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the support!

I have a m7208 extension that when they have a new message it does not display 'Message for you'. I check programming and 'Message Waiting' was indeed set to yes. I tried another phone it did not fix. I deleted the mailbox and rebuilt still not working. Anyone ever see this and any suggestions?
I have a BCM 450 on customer network and I did have element manager installed on a PC it is no longer there. I hit the IP address in IE but it did not allow me to install. Java issue? We installed the latest version of Java still could not install it. any suggestions?

Yes I understand that. Bottom line in this case line 364 I can only assign one Table to it? Within that table I can assign different CCR and different Greetings depending on time stamp
Ok slowly coming back to me. Ok so line 364 i can only have one table to play. In the table o till what ccr to play for morning, afternoon evening, and non business? So would non business be my night greeting? How do I get it to play the holiday?
Thanks Curley Cord. Regarding the issue yes I did toggle off and on feature 871. So I can toggle 'night' mode and have it play CCR ? And 'holiday' to play CCR 7? I guess I can choose table 1 to play CCR 5 for the 'Day' but how do I tell Night mode to play table 6 CCR 6? Told you I'm rusty these...
