How differnt is the size? Is it only a slight differnce? If so you may just need to place the image on exact x & y co-ordinates (eg. x: 0 y: 0, not x:0.2 y: 1.2) Check in the properties box that the height, width, x and y location are the same for all images. Im assuming you mean 50 pixels high...
