Since we seem to be able to buy just about any 9100 hardware on eBay, My only serious concern is how long they will keep the licensing site operating. There is a webinar hosted by NEC tomorrow that I will be attending. I will let you guys know if I find out anything worth sharing.

So I understand IPO 500 has 384 extension capacity. If you fill it with all digital/analog extension cards and expansion units , the math kind of makes sense.

If the IP phones at site A failover to site B, do I need to have 60 end point licenses at site B in order to have all 60 phones work?

I have an IPO R11.1 system with 2 separate PRI cards (not a dual PRI card) I have NOT purchase any additional PRI channels.
However, we are only using 1 of the 2 physical PRIs ( I set 2nd PRI to OOS)
My experience has been that each PRI card gives you 8 "free" channels.

We were an Avaya Biz Partner for many years, but our sales dropped off due to us focusing on our Cloud PBX offering.
Our distributor dropped us as a Biz Partner (maybe per Avaya?). I don't really know.
Anyway, I would like to get us re-established as a Biz Partner through another distributor...
