Do you have 2 PBX's tied together with a PRI? Kinda looks like a network call to me. Like the trunking is in PBX A and this call originated in PBX B. Maybe?
You should also be able to out CDP entry 19.
But when you do you will have to build everything back
So if you out CDP Entry 19 you will have to build back with a whole bunch of entries like

So I'm guessing your are dialing 9+1 xxx xxx xxxx ?? If so I'm guessing you are using BARS. Is it a new area code? If not can you make a call to a different # in the same area code? Lots of questions on this one
I was just thinking about this and maybe, just maybe, the DSS 9000 connected to that port on the 2250. But once again, never seen a PC connected to one. And I can't find any documentation on the DSS 9000. It was a proprietary beast not made by Nortel or supported by them.
