I think any good employer will regard experience in lieu of certs. It depends on the employer an their viewpoint. I have been excluded from consideration for jobs for not having certs. But, I always regarded those employers as not really worth pursuing.
I think you'll be fine as long as...

Good point about the Master's. However, know a few people with advanced degrees. That doesn't mean they are capable at the job. My experience is that the more advanced the degree, the more theoretical the knowledge becomes.

Not necessarily. Certifications can help if you are looking for an entry level position. You can describe how your experience is equivalent to certifications.
One thing certifications mean is that you are good at studying for the exams. It doesn't guarantee knowledge nor skill.

Here is a link that describes the button double click event. The page says the event is not raised by default.
From the page... "By default, the ControlStyles.StandardClick and ControlStyles.StandardDoubleClick style bits are set to false for the Button control, and the DoubleClick event is not...

The one thing that works for me is to search from the start menu and not from a folder in explorer. Searching from the start menu searches the entire system. Searching from explorer limits the search to the folder.
One thing that really bugs me is searching inside files works sporadically.

Is the rounding happening on screens and reports? If so, that is the nature of the time and attendance beast. My users know the rounding exits and they deal with it. As long as the app is saving the raw time in minutes, the data should be OK when it transfers to payroll, which is what really...
It seems to me Glenn that you hhave been active in the industry. Tell prospective employers that you have been volunteering your time and point them here.
Good luck

When my son first used the phrase "on accident", I asked him what he was trying to say. He said it was a combination of "an accident" and "by accident". He claims you can use "on accident" to mean both.
I don't buy that it is proper usage, but, the language changes a little with each...
