I have a dept that wants their hunt group to ring all phones simultaneously. I have the hunt group going to a coverage group with the extensions populated. The hunt group type is ucd-mia, no acd, skill or vector. What's the best way to accomplish this?

I had to replace a BCM50 ver 6.0.2 with another unit. Restored a known good backup but the DNs are from the previous installation. Software/firmware are same versions, keycodes are showing up properly. Any thoughts on why it won't restore the correct DNs?

Have a CS1000B branch office v7.65 not completing IP calls. Phones will ring but drop. Analog lines seem to be working OK. Network switch was just replaced because of PoE failure.

Well, I hit the wall yesterday. I'm out of IP licenses on my CS1000. A couple of questions, 1. Can I move licenses from my branch offices to my main system? or 2. Can I still buy licenses for 7.65?
