In bound COT calls not getting to extension

I have a COT number that is not getting to its intended destination. When the number is dialed it just keeps ringing. Not sure how to proceed.

Can you put a test set on 32 0 7 2 TN and hear ring voltage? Should be the white/Slate Pair of the 25 pair cable. Was this working and stopped working or is this new?

Not hearing anything on 32 0 7 2. It was working for the past 12 years, just stopped.

The trunk could be bad coming from the Telco

Well, on a whim, I disabled the port & reenabled it & started working. That's weird.

I would say typical, not weird. Glad you got it figured out. But you did say you weren't hearing anything on the TN. How did you test that?
