is anybody facing issue with symposium on OS win version 10 , as Microsoft has announced the end of IE on later version , but yet Avaya app stuck on version 10 .
RTD feature on symposium keeps giving err while trying to filters on the board .

Are the calls from an acd agent also pops out from CDR data , the idea is to get CDR info from ip set but not for all acd agents .
I guess If yes, I will have lot of data pops out .

I think i ve done this before, set a new ACD... and put the 8 or 10 digits under NCFW ... and agent is able to call this ACD number which connected to the personal number , but the first caller stayed on hold and never gets connected to the other call.
Do you have a clue ?

This is quite simple , and i clearly understand but the fact is that we want the caller that is talking to an agent, when call transfered should be able to talk to the person at the other end on who the call has been transfered to .
