Print CDR info from calls on CS1000

Hi Guys,

Is there an LD where i can extrat the CDR data from extensions, to list calls on CS1000 made to a specific date and time Checking CDR settings and it's been well set up on the system , so i need is just to know where i can find those datas.

CDR is sent as real time via a TTY port with CDR enabled or via the Data buffering part of OTM or the TM application via an IP link.

The CS1000 doesn't store any CDR data unlike the BCM range which did.

The PBX has a buffer for the last 100 records. You cannot request data for any date.

Is there a cmd to navigate to these logs without phisycally establish a connection between pc an tty port ?

You need to go into "pdt" This record explains where the folder is

CS1000 rls 7.5 with the DBA feature enabled

STAT BUF in LD117 shows the storage used to be over 100%:

The dbaem.trf file in /u/smp_db kept increasing in size

Are the calls from an acd agent also pops out from CDR data , the idea is to get CDR info from ip set but not for all acd agents .
I guess If yes, I will have lot of data pops out .
