Is there a way in CM 8 to display the name of SIP extension name instead of agent id and name?
Current config when agent is calling the extension directly it displays the agent if and name but after agent is logged out then displays station name
...to display trunk/port on phone display instead of caller id or tac on analog trunk?
There are 5 members in analog trunk and caller id shows tac *001 Trung group 1
Instead displaying the tac, I want to display

Sip port is 5060 in Avaya 9600 phones, however in user registration under simultaneous phone is registered with random ports? Any idea why phones are registered with random ports instead of 5060.

Vdn 7001 rings physical station 7002 no answer goes to cov path 1 and send to vdn 7003 (point 1) but call still displays vdn 7001 on answered agent
