is there any external tool to change CM Agent Login ID password rather going into CM and change it ?

CC supervisors want to change agent's password and dont want to log into CM ?

system manager is only for station security code ? how to change agent login ID password from smgr ?

Communication Manager tab>Call Center>Agents. Select agent and reset password.

If you enable self provisioning end users can actually go in and change their password. With System Manager integrated to AD they can use their windows credentials to access IP or FQDN>/selfprovisioning.

Agent Password changes were not always available. I know they are in 8.1.x.
