I'd like to know if you have experienced this issue with the 1608 IP Phones. It's not a common thing, but sometimes a phone has its display pixelated. A reboot is enough to correct the condition, but I'd like to know what causes this.
The phones are registered to an Avaya Aura CM...
To me, it looks like they are losing connection with the main server. It may be because a network issue. How many registered telephones do you have? Is there any telephone that remains connected even when the majority isn't?

Hi Trvlr1. No, someone else suggested the same. I have been tryin' with the mute on, using the speaker or even the handset, but it's the same thing. I have to say that the 99% of the attempts fail, but suddendly, one of them is succesful.

We have other PBX with the same release version, the same type of trunks and they don't have the problem when dialing to this number. We have compared the programming...
I forgot to mention that analog telephones can dial the same number and password over the same digital trunks and these calls are always correct!...the problem is a combination of a M390x telephone, the digital trunks and the telephone number of the audioconference service.

I have a BCM 400. I use the name tagging for speed dial numbers. If I use this feature I can see the name assigned to the telephone number in my set's display, but if I use redial after I dialed that same number a message "Hidden Number" is displayed. How can I modify this?
