Good afternoon,
Does anyone know where I can find config notes or have experience using Octel 350 connected to a remote Definity as voicemail for IP Office 7.0+ ?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Gerry.
Update:
In the event that this is a common problem, I was able to resolve it by removing the default breakout setting, and instead I entered the operator extension for site 2 in each individual user's profile on the Voicemail tab.
I hope this helps someone else. I welcome any other solutions...
Hello All:
I have an SCN environment with 2 sites running IPO 6.1 using VMPro in Intuity mode as centralized voicemail located at site 1. When a caller is sent to a mailbox for a user at site 2 to leave a message, they can not dial 0 to get to the operator at site 2.
The operator at site 2 is...
Well the network executive is unquestionably on point with his knowledge, and believe me he knows his stuff, and is hands on rather than just managing the worker bees. I am sure they will find the problem and resolve it.
Btw Scott, that is not such a daft question, since brain fade can occur...
Well, here is an update. It finds the system when patched directly, but loses it when on the lan we were able to stay connected with another 64 bit pc, and so now it appears to be related to the network in addition to win 7 64 bit. But we did get 1 user working. We will use 1x portal to see if...
Did that Tlpeter.

I will run the system monitor and system status both to see if they capture anything, but I will just be hoping to see something that identifies the capture as being related to Phone Manager. Do you know what I might have to look for?
Negative. The user has reported that he disabled the Anti-Virus, and there is no change. Also, the Win7-32 bit user still works without changing Anti-Virus, or Firewall settings on the same network.
Your help is appreciated.
The Anti-virus in use is policy based so all the users have it pushed to them. We had success installing on other users, and the only difference was the OS.
We will try disabling the Anti-Virus locally on the 64bit machine Thanks for the idea. My fingers are crossed.

I tried to change the output to SMDR Only using the same IP port as in the CDR setting, and now I am getting no call records at all.
I was told by Veremark, that in order to use the SMDR setting, that I would need to install the delta server.
I know that in the field we usually find the real...
