    seems to work fine with twinned or forwarded calls but any call coming directly from the office keeps sending the main #.

    what's even more strange, to me anyway, is that when i call a twinned divice, it now passes the CLI through, so i'm no longer getting the main office number.

    it's possible that they did so that calling back from their missed call log would work. We are using "9" to access a trunk out. Someone else set this up originally.

    yes, it looks like the carrier has to provision this feature. I emailed them and they set it up temporarily for me but i'm only getting the last four digits and only to certain numbers called. Thank you both for your help!
