You could create a hunt-group with "ucd-mia" setting. MIA = Most Idle Agent. Additionally you can add a coverage path to the hunt group where you configure what to do if the call...
Of course they light doesn't stay on, because it's just a speed-dial button. If you put another "aux-work" button to the side car, this button will light up if the agent is in AUX.
Did you put the JPGs in subfolders on the UtilityServer? I've experienced problems on this, if the JPG is in the "custom" folder of the Utility Server 6.0.1. With 6.2 the JPG file is put into the root-folder and works again.
Try (if possible) a "real" webserver and put the JPG in the root folder.
To make it easier for your users, you can add the telecommuting-access extension to the "abbreviated-dialing system" and label it. Then you can add this abbreviated-dialing entry as a button to the phones.
There is a FAC for this, but usually dialing only the FAC is just for analog phones. On IP Stations you need to configure a extension for telecommuting access:
