I am moving from a position of supporting Avaya IP office to Digium Switchvox.
Does anyone know if an application exists to real time monitor the Digium system which is similar to Avaya's system monitor application?
I have found the advanced debug logs which looks like what I want...
I manage a system which uses the mutlitech modems from an analog card in the IPO to the modems. We have to use DTMF recognition on the modems to route the calls. It works but it is somewhat a pain to configure.
Going forward I'll be using GFI fax finder + XCAPI for the IP solution...
I have this same scenario: Primary, Secondary, PRI expansion.
All endpoint, reception, voicemail pro, server edition licenses for expansions go on the primary
If you have a PRI expansion, the PRI channel licenses goes on the IP500 that IS the expansion module. But the server edition license...
When this happens to me I clear the phones w/ the craft menu.
Then after I login the extension, after reboots it stays on the new extension.

Music with a high range of notes sounds pretty crappy on hold no matter what. Following the strict guidelines outlined by Avaya for their onboard MoH seems to provide better sound. Which is the mono, 8bit less than 64k approach.

HI Gunnaro - I was using conflicting extensions
200 range for one group, 2000 range for the other.
I reset the dial delay to your suggestion above and it is now working.
Users had to accept the fact that they cannot have 2000 range extensions. Thanks for your help :) Stars to you sir...

I got caller ID working again with
Dial Delay 5
Delay count 0
Ring Delay 3
BUT now I can't dial 4 digit extensions... help anyone?

ARS 50 main set to give main business number

Mount using daemon tools or similar program
Navigate to Avaya > Voicemail Pro > vmpro-9.0.xx.rpm

Well I stupidly unistalled vmpro from my avaya server thinking I could easily obtain RPM file to reinstall.
AND that is not the case as far as I can tell.
