I already have a rule in Outlook to forward the faxes and then delete them. This is when it puts a line through them. If I call into the CP system it sees those messages as still there. I will look at the cls for auto-deleting.

Ok, so I found the problem, thought you might like to know. The culprit was the STRG (string to indicate end-of-dialing) in LD 15. It was set to 1, and of course, every time I tried to forward I was dialing 91xxxxxxxxxx and once it saw the “1” it took that as a signal that I was finished...

I tried to take the CFW 9 out previously via the RCFD but it didn't work. The only way I can get that out is by changing it via LD 11. Then, when I try the RCFA again with a nubmer like: 912121234567# it just gives me the tone and when I look at the TN in LD 11 the CFW 9 is back again!
