RESOLVED!!!!
Thank you for all of your help out there!!
I agree,IPGuru, 9.1 has been extremely problematic.
I finally upgraded to 9.1.11 as suggested by Intigrant and IPGuru.
the upgrade, alone, might have fixed the issue...but before I imported data, I tested and it was working.
I...
nevermind...I set password for voicemail in security settings. then set password in vmpro to match.
R8+ Preferred edition license valid. Is that right?? R8+ for 9.1+ system?
Intigrant, Ive erased the security rights. Though, I dont see where to set a password for VMPro in security settings. Do I create a VM Pro service user?

But it shows a vm prt being used in status.
when I access...
...main number menu prompts.
For test, I created a module named "MainMenu". Recorded prompt,Main.WAV, using the phone extension.
Created shortcode *93 / Voicemail Collect / "MainMenu"
when I press *93 from extension, I hear the recorded greeting.
When I call into the DID, the ICR destination...
I cut and pasted the number exactly as it is sent to the switch.
Am I grabbing the number from the correct place?
I made the URI lower as Pepp77 suggested and it uses it first. but now I get error 404 not found.
I've used the same line number as the normal inbound calls in ICR but still no...
