I cant figure this out and it's driving me crazy.

Need to route calls using my caller ID according to what number is calling in.
when I call from my cell 5556667777,call needs to go to ext 9876. however my cell number is ignored and call routes to 1234 as it normally does.
SIP trunk line 17

ICR
inbound line group: 20 ; incoming number +1 3334445555; Dest: x1234
incoming CLI: none

inbound line group: 30; incoming number +1 3334445555; Dest: x9876
incoming CLI: 1 5556667777

URIs
Incoming group: 20 local uri, contact, display name: internal data PAI: none
Incoming group: 30 local uri,contact,display name: * PAI: *

You're URIs should have the same incoming ID.

Then do a monitor trace to see exactly how the CLI is presented, you need to enter it the same way in ICR.

Thank you for the reply.
Caller ID in trace shows as 15556667777@sip.ff.com

Only enter the digits?

You need to put in the exact incoming CLI including prefix otherwise it won't work.
This has nothing to do with URI's

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

The lowest URI is checked on incoming first and as that has a match it follows that.

Change both incoming URIs to match and then ensure the incoming CLI is the full number (the @part isnt needed) as shown on the incoming trace and it should work.

I cut and pasted the number exactly as it is sent to the switch.
Am I grabbing the number from the correct place?
I made the URI lower as Pepp77 suggested and it uses it first. but now I get error 404 not found.

I've used the same line number as the normal inbound calls in ICR but still no good. I've used different URI, nothing.

Any known issues with 9.1.7?
Here's the trace. Obviously these are bogus numbers but in the exact format as shown.

THANK YOU

Call from your cell, have SSA up with Active Calls showing. Double click on the call, and in plain text you will see what the system considers the incoming caller id. This you can copy and paste into the Incoming CLO box if the ICR with the correct incoming Line Group ID, * for the incoming number

You don't need the domain part in ICR but if it comes with + you need the + in ICR.
