I have a SIP phone registered, internal calls work fine, and inbound did calls direct no problem. Talk path both ways good quality. But I can't dial outbound. I'm using the same routing as all the other phones in the system. Here is the the monitor output for it. Help please?

Thanks guys. I was using the wrong default password. I feel pretty stupid. I haven't had a lot of spare time to delve into 4.0 and I didn't know there was a separate password to upgrade and monitor. Doh!

The machiine I am using to upgrade the IP Office has VMPro running on it as well so it has a static IP and is directly connected to the switch.

yes you are correct, and it works as you say but... you can press zero while hearing the greeting, but not while leaving a message. I'm 99.99% sure that's just "the way it is" but my boss is on me to find out for sure.
