Hey guys,
I just tried to replace my 406v1 running 3.0.59 with expansion modules running 5.0.59 (believe) to a 406v2 running 4.0 and none of my digital sets worked at all. They would not come up and I was unable to upgrade them (they appeared all red in the upgrade wizard and failed when I tried). Status lights are green, they register in manager, and the connection lights on the ports work. Everything appears normal.
I read in another thread that network clock problems could cause issues with expansion units, and I read in another thread that IP400 dig16's and 30's don't work with 4.0 according to tech bulletin 80 but after reading the bulletin it seems to me that that might just apply to the IP500 and not neccesarily to older units running 4.0.
Anyway, I had to roll back to the old system, and tomorrow I will probably just roll the 406v2 back to 3.2 and try that but I'd really like to be at 4.0
Any ideas on why my phones aren't coming up?
