    I did it. I used bluemr2's advice and also I changed the extensions and finally after many phone & extension moves, we have the master phone in another position (entension) and the extension are in the same position. Thank you guys.

    Thank you that worked perfectly! Unfortunately my manager needs to keep the extensions numbers and just move the master phone features. If it's possible to explain me how to do it the it would be great. Otherwise I'll choose the easy option. Call the company I bought it from to do it!

    Hi all, In the office we have a Norstar SP:30AsE01 NP03. I would like to move the master phone's to another position and make my phone a simple "client". Anyone has any idea how to do it?
