With COVID forcing our workers remote. We have opened up SIP. However, we are getting some malicious attempts to login as a sip user for IP office. While they are not succeding, we would like to blacklist the repeated ones. The IPO is provides lockout for 300 seconds, and that will show the...
We have an IPO running 9.1.12. Sometimes when we reboot the One-X server VM, it comes up with this error. Restarting the IPO after the One-X works, but not sure why this is suddenly happening. Anyone have a suggestion for tracking this down?
We are suddenly receiving "Minor Alarm(s)" from ContactStore:
"03/09/18 08:55:30 AM Error processing file MSG369806009939968.wav. Reason \\vmproserver\vrl\MSG369806009939968.wav (Access is denied)."
I've determined this is occurring only on our conference room recordings. All others work...
So in the VMPRO module I have a TRANSFER to "77731,,,46701" (46701 being the shortcode for the bridge). The mobile user receives the dial tone, and can manually dial 46701, but the IPO seems to drop any part of the string past the 77731.
Kevin, I am able to authenticate them using their mobile twinning number. But this would require they call using their mobile device (or a CLID listed as the twinning). Sometimes, these are not the same. Do you know of another way to accomplish.
I'd like to grant access to mobile users (not using OneX Mobile App) to some features on the system. Previously I had written a module that checked to see if the user entered their extension and logon codes correctly. However, that no longer seems to work. Is there another method I can use...
I programed a module to allow users to change their MeetMe Bridge PINs. However, I would like to check their desired PIN against their actual login_code and voicemail_code to ensure they are not using the same (public and private). Previously, under version 9, I had programmed a Generic "free...
In our config, Meet Me Bridge attendees hear MOH until the moderator connects from a matching extension. This all works great, except when the moderator needs to be remote using a standard dial in (not the OneX Mobile App). I created a module in the VMpro (9.1.12) that would allow a user to...
We recently upgraded our IPO from 9.0.12 to 9.1.10. After the upgrade 1 or our 4 9608's stopped working. The phone would successfully complete establishing a VPN tunnel and downloading any updates from the file server. However, the physical extension would only partially log in. The 9608...
I made 7 different attempts to reinstall this. Getting a variety of errors on each attempt. I even printed out the direction and drew a line through each step in an attempt to ensure I didn't miss anything. FYI - There are a few steps that were not valid anymore, especially with regards to...
Okkie26: I've done this, but I only get a dialog stating "A Synchronization was initiated" I can't see where it completes successfully. I have created a new user (Test1x) in the IPO and it does pick that up as a drop-down option in USER DATA VALIDATION. That makes me think it is...
I recently upgraded our IPO/VMPRO/ONE-X from 9.0.12 to 9.1.10. Had small troubles with each of the other systems, but the one-x I can't seem to resolve. With One-X at 9.1.10.0 it can't authenticate users. When someone attempts to login they receive:
"Error - Invalid user credentials. Both...
The VPN gateway. I realize I'll have to let all users update and then pick up the restart. We have access to the vpn through both routes for the time being.
Yep, that's how we have it setup. To configure a phone, I usually just plug it into the LAN, it pickups the DHCP option and gets it's programming from the 46xxsettings.txt file. This file enables and pushes the settings for the VPN. I simply reboot it and it is good to go. It then utilizes...
I have several 9608's running remotely with VPN enabled. I need to push a new Gateway address to the phones through the 46xxsettings.txt file. When the phones boot, the tunnel builds and it reads the 96upgrade and 46xx files (returns 200). However, the settings aren't changing.
Anyone have...
