We are using ARCserve 6.5 for NT with a DDS3 tape drive. when we run a scheduled job it backs up about 17gb then asks for the next tape. Although we still have another 7gb left on the tape. We have set the options to overwite. Does anybody know why it is asking for the next tape?
Hi,
We use ArcServe 6 and a Sony SDT 9000 DAT Drive. I was wondering how much we could fit onto a DDS3 Tape with compression. I know it says 24gig on the tape but we have managed to backup 26gig from the summary in the Job Log.
Is there any way of finding out in Arcserve?
Can anybody help?
