We have an auto attendant set-up you can call into the DN and it connects and works without any issues.
However I want to forward a few extension to it but when I do it just rings and never connects...?
Any ideas what I am missing?
Many Thanks
Steve
Have a slightly odd issue which hopefully someone can help on or at least point in the right direction.
Basically we have an issue with external calls where outbound voice drops during the call so the external party keeps missing 5 seconds of the call and get dead air it will then cut back in...
Guys,
I have a problem which I'm guessing is easily solved but not sure how.
Basically we have an extension without a voice mailbox at night this is forwarded to another DN which has a voice mailbox but it rejects any calls that go to voicemail saying the original DN is not subscribed to the...
Hi John,
Thanks for response. We are in the process of pushing the provider for reasons why the circuit bounces! The line has been tested by the tail carrier (provider uses 3rd part local tail carrier) and every time they test it comes back clean it will then run clean for a few weeks then out...
Guys,
Hopefully someone can help or at least have some thoughts on.
Basically we some times have a circuit bounce which drops for a few seconds every few weeks / month (no big deal!) however this switches the phones from normal mode to local and disconnects any active calls from doing so.

The phones in our main London office where the CS1K is located are fine no restarting just to confirm.

The two sites are connected over an MPLS IP VPN service.
We are not seeing any drop in connection, one thing that may have found late today is a latency issue, could latency cause this to happen?
Also it is doing this mid call no quality issue but the hadnsets will simply reset themselves self...
Has anyone got any ideas or seen this before. We have an SRG 50 running rls 2 connected to a CS1k 4.5.
We are basically seeing random phones reset either when idle or during a call. There is no drop in connection being seen between the SRG site and CS1K also to note it is not happening on all...
