Auto attendant not answering wqhen forwarding

We have an auto attendant set-up you can call into the DN and it connects and works without any issues.

However I want to forward a few extension to it but when I do it just rings and never connects...?

Any ideas what I am missing?

How about making the change in your IDC table.So if someone dials the extension if it's a DID have it point to "0" or whatever extension you have programmed for the ATT.Also instead of forwarding to "0" try forwarding to the actual extension associated with the ATT .Have the attendant call you and you will be able to see what the extension is.

Foward is being done hard from the handset.

There must be a way of getting this to work via forward surely?

Are you forwarding to the same number you dial for Auto Att.? or leave voice mail #?

The ATT is set-up as 3755 so we are forwarding to 3755.

Are the results the same when you dial from the outside in compare to ext-ext ?

Forward to the CallPilot CDN and add number you are forwarding to the VSDN table to the correct application.

Forward call to CallPilot main number (CDN)

Login to CallPilot manager
Select System /Voice Services Director Number

From this window, you should see x3755 assigned

Creat a new assignment for new number and assign same as x3755 is assigned.
