the only way to have calls waiting is in a queue. You can not monitor a queue from a non acd set but you can put a DWC key on an agent's phone as well as a supervisor's phone.
I need help - I want certain phones to be able to dial outside calls during the day from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. The NCOS to dial out nationwide is 4. I have the SAR group programmed in LD 88 - as follows:
SGRP 000
SCDR NO
OFFP 1
STAR 07 00
STOP 15 00
DAYS 2 3 4 5 6
COS CTD
TGAR 01
NCOS 04

I'm not sure what you are trying to print but to see her NCOS you just need to print out her phone as follows:
ld 11
prt
dnb
0566
prt

You can assign the value to the NCOS on a customer basis, but typically the highest NCOS you are using...
I have a call center manager that currently uses his Observe key to monitor an agent’s conversation, however he wants to know if there is a way he can whisper comments to
an agent without the customer hearing him. Were using a Meridian - Option 61c, release 25.40 and no Meridian Max.

Thanks everyone - however, I am not using agent id so AID is set to NO. I am going to rebuild the SCB this Friday and will do so after the agents have all logged off. Wish me luck!
The agents have been logged in when I have attempted to add the SCB - this is what is interupting call processing. Also, this particular queue does not have any NCFW treatment so when the SCB is programmed the calls just sit in the queue. They do not get presented to the agents. It seems...

the problem is: I need to program a SCB at the location where we are to collect the data. Every time I program the SCB agents in the Queue are...
Thank you - this was the first user I ever had that actually used a password - once again thanks for the timely answer. I hope I can return the favor one day.
PS - I really did have a cat named Fritz and he was so cool!
I have a user that established a personal directory password on her 3904 phone. Now she can not remember the password and needs to retrieve a number from her list. I outted the TN and rebuilt it thinking this would erase her list but at least remove the password but it did not work. It is...
