Currently our VPN connection uses the cisco vpn client which works fine for people running x32bit. But I need to setup l2tp-ipsec for connections with people running windows xp x64bit. Cisco does not provide a vpn client for x64bit for Windows XP.
I've tried setting this is up via this...
As far as I know the VPN is setup on the outside interface of the ASA 5510. We have our secure routes defined for access internally. And there is split tunneling setup.
Wish I could find the article on Cisco that showed somewhat what I was wanting to do. VPN on a stick configuration. I did...
The ASA 5510 controls the VPN. The security policies are set in there. We do use a Radius server for authentication but that doesnt apply any of the routes or anything like that.
What type of information are you looking for? I can more than likely get it for you if I know what you need...
I am trying to find a way to allow clients that are outside our office connect to our VPN and then when that client needs to go back out to the Internet they are routed out through our Internet rather than through where they are coming from.
So essentially all traffic lan/wan must go through...
Sorry I guess I was being very vague. We would like this to be over a secure protocol rather than just using ftp.
I am going to say the amount of data will be around 350MB give or take if we are doing incrementals or full backups.
Any other info?
HI, I am trying to create a job that would run nightly to copy files from our server located at our ISP to a server that is located at our office.
What would be a good way to go about doing this. I've tried to google for this but it seems that I might not be using the right words or know the...
pndscm:
I did what you said to do in the dial-peer and now it does appear to be working for me when I dial out.
One question though on the International dial-peer. Is this going to change how someone dials internationally? Before the person would have to press # to signal that was the last...
When I remove the International dial-peer from the router the fax works fine then. But, then the International dialing fails.
pndscm: I've seen you reply to almost all of the threads here and it does sound like you are very familiar with how call manager works. I came into the setup of the...
The route pattern for international calling is the standard 9.011!#
The 5555 route pattern is what I was told to do by the link above.
When I dial 9 to get an outside dial tone it immediately goes to fast busy. However the regular IP phones work just fine so not sure what the deal is there...
The company I work for is using ISDN PRI for our phone lines.
We have 5 channels for the ISDN coming in right now. One of these is the D channel though of course.
Cisco 2801 router.
What happens is that I can receive faxes, but when I try to fax out I get the busy reorder signal on the line...
I'm running Windows XP with Office 2007. I am trying to get the CRM client to connect to the server. In IE it works great.
I have downloaded the new client from MS and it does say it is online and my folders come up in Outlook but I get an error stating that I need to verify my credentials...
