I am trying to set up an Outbound Transfer on my mailbox so I can transfer calls to my cell phone. However, when I go to the Outbound Transfer Menu in my mailbox it does not give me the option to choose PHONE to program an external number, it only shows the EXT option for an extension...

I am trying to call forward a phone to an external number. I was told to use Ftr 4 but this only allowed me to forward to another phone inside our system, not externally. Please advise.

ok thanks, I went into Terminals&Sets but I only see LINE I don't see the option for LINE ASSIGNMENT. I was using the **266344 log-in 23646 password. do I need a different log in ?

we have a norstar system and we have it set up so that the AA answers the line after 4 rings, during those 4 rings we do not hear the ringer, the lcd flashes to show an incoming call. we want to change it so that the phone rings and we can pick up that call before the AA answers it for us. any...
