Outbound Transfer on Mailbox

Hello,
I am trying to set up an Outbound Transfer on my mailbox so I can transfer calls to my cell phone. However, when I go to the Outbound Transfer Menu in my mailbox it does not give me the option to choose PHONE to program an external number, it only shows the EXT option for an extension number inside our system.

Any ideas ??

Have your site admin or technician allow it in admin programming.

keep track of your long distance lines, many hackers have figured out how to steel the line and re-sell it on international level, thus finding yourself with a hefty bill.

Make sure you use random numbers(4 to 8 digits) for your password, not 1234, 9876, that's what hackers are looking for.
