CEO has an Ext that is hard config'd so to speak in Manager to one of the digital ports. There is No option tab on this ext to add anything VoIP. Therefore I have a separate VoIP ext. So he logs...
I have a VoIP ext working correctly (internal and externally) but it has it's own extension.
Our CEO would like to use the VoIP on the road but how can I configure such that his extension is the one. Manager will not let me configure his extension to be VoIP enabled (no tab)

We just started to have a problem last Friday.
Our Main Fax line has recently started showing an ANI (is this right ??) number of our main switchboard 518 8100 where in fact our FAX number is 518 9700 according to QWEST. The caller ID still shows as 518 9700 but...
