Does anyone have a suggestion on getting PM VoIP to work via a VPN connection. The PM comes up properly registered / licensed as iPro but we cannot get VoIP in either direction. We are good inside the network. We get an error from the remote user "failed to connect to Gatekeeper". Looking at the trace we see the attempt to connect to the gatekeeper but no reason why we didn't connect. We've checked the firewall to make sure all ports are open as per the IPO docs - "Applications", "Monitor (Sysmon)", "Addendum", "IP Office Ports".
 
We found that version 3 of the cisco VPN client was our culprit. Switching back and forth proved it for our situation - Thanks to all for their input.
