Sorry I do not know a whole lot about what I am doing. I have a NAM with I believe with rev 4? How can I confirm this. Seems to match the version 3 manual I have. My guess is the floppy was bad. I think the backup was for the same revision of software. Yes I tried what I found in the manual...

I just blew a hard drive. I replaced it with a clone. All came up fine. I started a restore. Restore compleated and now could not log in under admin. Tried all 6 combinations. Then tried to reset system password with feature 985.....9.... and 7373....... still cant log in. What to do next...

I believe bilingual is off. I just don't see why it is going to a group. Yes I have 2 groups assiged. Maybe it best to turn it on and put same menues in again in english?!! Any other ideas you might have?

Hi This is the first time I have made a CCR tree. All seems fine except that when a caller dials 9 in a menu they get transfered to a group. I do not remember if I accepted an alternat language when I built the tree. BIlingual is set to N Primary lang is english. I bet you may have more...

Thanks for the help. I looked at all members of the groups and they all said apear and ring. So I set to ring and they rang. Set back to apear and ring and all was cool. One needed setting a second time. Whats up? Is ther some way to get browser to display real values? Is this typical? Bad RAD...

Hi, I have programed 2 hunt groups with only DN's .... no lines. I expected when I internaly dialed the Hunt Group DN I would ring all DN's in the group. None rang. I programed the groups via programming tools browser in the hunt group section only. If can't do this way any reccomendations...

The fiber is the cable between voice mail computer and MICS. I do have a RAD and an ATA Yes I asume main line. I have only 1 in and outgoing line. Picks up after many rings 20 seconds or more.... Thanks dcs!!!

New to Norstar. I have MICS 4.1 and voicemail 4.0 and fiber disconnected yet lines get picked up by fax tones after many rings? Wonder if previous user had fax installed? removed it and sold to me?? How to stop this? Thanks in advance! DCS
